OPINIONATED BY DEFAULT

The stack we trust. And the reasons why.

We don't hide our stack — we lead with it. Every choice optimizes for one thing: systems that survive their second year of production.

v16.0

Next.js

Application Layer

App router, server components, edge-ready. The fastest path from idea to production-grade web app.

5.x

TypeScript

Type System

Strict mode, no any. Types are the contract — they shape APIs, schemas, and hand-offs.

16

PostgreSQL

Source of Truth

Relational integrity, row-level security, JSONB where it earns its keep. Boring, durable, exactly right.

latest

Prisma

Data Access Layer

Schema-first, migrations as code, type-safe queries. The bridge between application and database.

WHO REVIEWS YOUR CODE

Founder-led delivery. Not handed to a junior.

Every engagement is reviewed by the founder. No agency middle-layer, no surprise hand-offs, no learning-on-your-budget.

I personally review every architecture decision, run weekly demos, and ensure zero-regression releases. That is the bar.

  • 01ArchitectureEvery schema, API surface, and infra decision passes my review before it ships.
  • 02CadenceWeekly demos. Working software. Honest progress — including what didn't work.
  • 03Quality gateNo release ships without contract tests, perf checks, and a rollback plan.
  • 04OwnershipOne throat to choke. You always know who owns the outcome — me.
[ 06.0 / METHODOLOGY ]
THE CODEVIX STANDARD

Four phases. No black boxes.

A documented method, not a sales pitch. You see the same artifacts we use internally — at every step.

PHASE 01

Technical Audit

15-min call. We probe scope, risks, and the real constraints. You leave with a written assessment — even if we don't work together.

Δ Audit memo (PDF)
PHASE 02

Architecture Spec

Schema, API contracts, infra plan, risk register. Reviewed by founder, signed off by you, before a line of production code is written.

Δ Spec + diagrams
PHASE 03

Build · Weekly demos

Working software every Friday. Branch previews, contract tests on every PR. You see progress as it happens, not at the end.

Δ Demo + changelog
PHASE 04

Hardening + Handover

Perf budgets, alerting, runbooks, on-call playbook. We don't disappear at launch — we hand over a system you can operate.

HONEST ANSWERS

Questions, before they slow you down.

How do you guarantee zero regressions? +

We don't ship without a passing pyramid: type-checks, unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end. PRs are blocked on red. Production has automatic rollback. "Zero regressions" is the result of process, not promises.

Will you work under NDA? +

Yes — NDA is standard before any code, schema, or roadmap is shared. We can countersign yours, or send ours. IP is yours from day one, no licensing tricks.

How is pricing structured? +

Fixed-scope, fixed-price for MVPs and replatforms. Retainer for QA and ongoing engineering. We share full estimates with assumptions — and we eat overruns when they're our fault.

Can you work with my existing team? +

Yes. We can lead, embed, or augment. Most engagements include knowledge transfer, paired code reviews, and runbooks so your team owns the system after handover.
