Terms of Service

1. Services

CodeVix Labs provides software development, consulting, and related services. All services are provided subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and are standard for all projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept payments via Wise and Payoneer for international clients.

5. Warranty

We provide a warranty period as specified in your service agreement. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues in the delivered work at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.
