Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CodeVix Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Services

CodeVix Labs provides software development, consulting, and related services. All services are provided subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and are standard for all projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept payments via Wise and Payoneer for international clients.

5. Warranty

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we provide a 30-day warranty period from the date of final delivery. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues in the delivered work at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
