A dedicated, senior team billed at a predictable monthly rate — ideal when scope evolves and you want continuous delivery. You get consistent people who learn your product, not a rotating cast.

Yes — for well-defined scope we quote a fixed price up front with the assumptions written down, and we absorb overruns that are our fault. For open-ended work we use a transparent monthly dedicated-team rate so there are no billing surprises.
Is there a minimum engagement or lock-in? +
No long lock-in. Fixed-scope projects run to their deliverable; dedicated-team and staff-augmentation engagements are month-to-month with a short notice period. You own the IP and the codebase throughout.
